Turn in your clearance card packet to the Main Office ASAP. Every athlete must fill out the white packet. The pink packet is for multiple sports (Example: If you are participating in Drill Team and Field Hockey during the Fall Season, you need a white & pink packet.) The Main Office is open Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Clearance cards will be processed in the order they are received. Clearance Cards must be turned in at least two days before practice starts (or date your coach sets). Remember: Fall Sports are huge! There were 361 Clearance Cards last fall, get your packet in early!
