Grading Scale
Study Skills 12
Grade is determined by 5 groups of assignments. Each group is given 20% of the grade for the class. The groups are as follows:
- Daily Points
- Self Evaluations
- Homework logs
- Progress Reports
- Classwork
English, Geography and Transition Topics
All assignments are given a point value. No assignments are weighted more than others.
- 100% - 90% A
- 89% - 80% B
- 79% - 70% C
- 69% - 60% D
- 59% and below F
Grading Policy: Grading policy will be given to each student the first week of class. Most classes are a straight percentage class, meaning all points are equal. Study skills class is divided into 5 areas worth 20% each. These areas are clearly stated in the Study Skills 12 syllabus.
Final grades will allow for considerations made for state wide test results.
