Greetings from Mrs. Ramay's page.

I've been an English teacher here at Corning High School for 22 years. Spending all this time here has been incredibly rewarding and exciting. I can't imagine teaching any where else.

Currently, I teach English I and English IV. When I first started, I taught reading and math, and even a health class. I love working with such a range of students because each one has so much to offer. I learn from them every day.

I am also the department chair which means I help organize the English Department as we align our teaching and curriculum to standards as well as prepare students for a vast array of careers after high school. There's never a pause in the English Department.
